Palm Estate was started by Abdul Hakeem Shaikh, working across Bahria Town Karachi rather than out of a branch network. It has stayed that way on purpose: a smaller team can still see every property in person, a large one usually can't.
If you're talking to Palm Estate, you're either talking to Hakeem directly or to someone he's worked alongside long enough to trust with a client.
Buyers looking for something specific, owners who want a fair current price, and landlords who'd rather not manage tenants themselves. Ordinary work, done properly.
How we work
- We only take listings inside Bahria Town Karachi. If a property is outside it, we say so and point you elsewhere rather than list it anyway.
- Every property is visited in person before it's shown to a client. Photos alone don't tell you whether the lift works.
- Communication happens over WhatsApp and phone, not a ticketing system. You'll be speaking to the same person from the first message to the handover.
